COMPOSITION:

Flupentixol Hydrochloride 0.5mg and Melitracen Dihydrochloride 10mg tablets contain two active ingredients:

• Flupentixol Hydrochloride (0.5mg):

  • This is an antipsychotic medication. It works by affecting the balance of certain chemicals in the brain, particularly dopamine.  

  • It's used to help manage symptoms of psychosis, and in this combination, it also helps to address anxiety and agitation.  

• Melitracen Dihydrochloride (10mg):

  • This is a tricyclic antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, such as serotonin, which helps to improve mood.  

  • It's used to treat depression and related mood disorders.
