Itraconazole 1.00% + Ofloxacin 0.75% + Ornidazole 2.00% + Clobetasol 0.05% cream is a combination medication used to treat various skin infections. It contains four active ingredients:

• Itraconazole: An antifungal medication that treats fungal infections by destroying the cell membranes of fungi.

• Ofloxacin: An antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.

• Ornidazole: An antibiotic that kills both bacteria and protozoa by damaging their DNA.

• Clobetasol: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body.

This cream is typically used to treat skin infections caused by a combination of bacteria, fungi, or protozoa. Some common conditions that it can treat include:
